The College of Fine Arts, University of Baghdad, Participates in the Launch Ceremony of the Third National Action Plan for Women, Peace, and Security

Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and with the direct supervision and presence of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, the International Women’s Day Festival was held today to mark the launch of the Third National Action Plan for Women, Peace, and Security. The festival was organized under the supervision of faculty members from the Department of Art Education, Dr. Taif Jabbar Al-Samarrai and Dr. Ghaidaa Ali Harf, as assigned by the Office of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The event included a theatrical performance by students from the Department of Theatrical Arts, supervised by Dr. Aseel, directed by student Mohammed Mushriq, and with technical coordination by Dr. Taif Al-Samarrai.

In addition, the festival featured a photographic exhibition by Dr. Ghaidaa Ali Harf, as well as a collection of artistic works presented by Al-Alam University College. The ceremony concluded with the honoring of several distinguished women from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, including the renowned professor and artist Dr. Shatha Salim. The celebration took place at Ahmed Bin Yaqdhan Hall in the Educational Complex of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
