Overview of the Graduate Studies Department
The Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs is linked to the Dean, and the Graduate Studies Department at the College of Fine Arts organizes and accommodates everything related to postgraduate students (master’s and doctoral) in coordination with the University of Baghdad. This is done by the instructions and providing the university with information related to postgraduate students, scientific affairs, research, theses, and dissertations.
Goals
The Graduate Studies Department aims to enhance the academic level of postgraduate students. The department facilitates scientific communication with postgraduate students through meetings and seminars held in the academic departments. The Graduate Studies Department oversees the semester and comprehensive exams for students, maintaining communication with them to inquire about any obstacles or problems. In case of any challenges, the department works to provide the necessary resources and a conducive environment, enabling students to take exams without any hindrances.
