College of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad Installs a System for Watering Gardens and Rehabilitates Water Pipes to Rationalize Water Consumption and Achieve Sustainable Development Goals

The College of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad, under the supervision of Dr. Mu’tadid Ajil Al-Asadi, Dean of the College, has installed a system for watering gardens and rehabilitating water pipes to rationalize water consumption and achieve sustainable development goals.

The campaign aims to reduce water waste and promote sustainable practices. It is aligned with the University of Baghdad’s commitment to sustainable development and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 6, Clean Water and Sanitation, and SDG 11, Sustainable Cities and Communities.

The College of Fine Arts has a long history of commitment to environmental responsibility. In addition to the recent installation of the watering system and pipe rehabilitation, the college has also implemented other initiatives to reduce its environmental impact, such as recycling and energy efficiency measures.

The College of Fine Arts is proud to be a leader in sustainability among Iraqi universities. The college’s commitment to environmental responsibility is evident in its commitment to the SDGs and implementing sustainable practices.
