The Prime Minister of Iraq, Mr. Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, inaugurated the first project to alleviate traffic congestion in Baghdad by opening the bridge at the College of Fine Arts intersection. It was named after the late plastic artist Faiek Hassan, and Dr. Mudhad Al-Assadi, the College of Fine Arts dean, attended the event. The college contributed with various activities, including artistic paintings on the walls by faculty member expert Wijdan Al-Majid, depicting many famous Iraqi landmarks. Additionally, the Department of Musical Arts choir performed the national anthem, and sculptures and murals were presented, adorning the gardens adjacent to the bridge.
